Terms of Purchase

Payment
The LSF Group of Companies Online store accepts payment via VISA , Mastercard or PayPal.

All payments will be subject to both validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

In case of the card issuer refusing payment we will not process the order and will contact you.

All payments are processed in a secure manner using the TD Bank and its proprietary equipment.

We take great care in ensuring that your order and all payment details are held securely. We are however not liable should a third party have accessed the date whilst ordering.

Deliveries

  • We only deliver within Canada.
  • All products are delivered from our warehouse in Woodbridge Ontario.
  • All products are delivered via CANPAR courier service.
  • All orders over $100.01 are delivered freight prepaid.
  • Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the address verified.
  • Upon receipt of order and payment your shipment will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Items will be delivered to the delivery address shown in your confirmation.
  • Upon dispatch of your order we will send you an email with the tracking number. You will be able to track this online at www.canpar.ca
  • A delivery signature is required. You will need to make sure that someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
  • All deliveries to you are insured by us, upon signing on receipt our shipping and insurance liability ceases.


Return and Cancellation
We are committed to ensure your total satisfaction.

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours by contacting us via email at sales@lsfgroup.ca or via phone at (905) 264-2034. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm Eastern Time.

Should you have received the item and would like to return it for credit (minus the shipping charges and taxes on shipping charges), you may do so within a 7 day period only. Provided the goods remain in completely new and unused condition. Return item will be subject to quality control and if items do not meet the noted standard ie) are scratched, used etc these will be returned back to you.

You have to contact customer service at (905) 264-2034 or via email at customerservice@lsfgroup.ca. Monday –  Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm to receive a return authorization #.

It is the customers responsibility that any goods returned to the LSF Group are fully insured whilst in transit.

As noted we make every possible effort to ensure that the item you receive is what was ordered.

Should this not be the case we offer a free return service via CANPAR in case that:

  • the item is not what was ordered.
  • the item is flawed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for returned products.

Warranty
All items sold on the LSF Group of Companies online store are delivered with the standard international manufacturer warranty which covers 2 years after purchase.

Should an item become defective not as a result of normal wear and tear and/or mishandling by the consumer this may be returned under warranty to:

The consumer is responsible to insure the item for the shipping to our facility. The item will be returned prepaid upon completion of repair.
